We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with room service and laundry services available for our convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel also offered a shuttle service and was a ski pass vendor, making it easy for us to access the slopes. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and take in the beautiful views. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

Had a fantastic New Year's break in the heart of the Dolomites. Loved the complimentary buffet of cakes and fruits in the afternoon and the free appetizers served with drinks in the evening. the breakfast was superb with a wide range of choices including fresh baked bread and pastries. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful town and surrounding mountains.

The street noise was quite noticeable when we had the windows open, but this was easily remedied when windows were closed. the shower floors were very slick and slippery, which made it difficult to keep our balance.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious, with comfortable bedding and good noise-cancelling features, which made it easy to sleep even in a busy area. The breakfast had a great variety of items, with fresh fruits and yogurt as well as hot items like eggs and bacon. The location was very convenient for my work, and the hotel had a shuttle service that made it easy to get around town.

The bathroom floors in the shower area were quite slick, and I nearly fell a couple of times. It would have been helpful to have non-slip mats or a coating to prevent accidents.

It was a lovely experience to stay at the hotel located in the heart of the town, where everything was at a walking distance. the room was cozy and luxurious, with crystal and elegant decor. the bathroom was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. the staff was warm, friendly, and helpful in organizing our outings. We relished scrumptious breakfast with lots of options, fresh baked bread and impeccable coffee. the Spa was relaxing with its different massages, pool, and sauna.

The Wi-Fi could have been better, as it was slow and kept falling off at times.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation and breakfast options offered at this hotel in the center of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
